Urgent Appointments Available
Urgent appointments (24-48hrs) available for people who really need help fast, injuries need to be severe and acute (relatively new). We have the experience and knowledge to both assess, diagnose and treat injuries, so you do not need to wait 2-3 weeks to get help for your injury (no GP referral necessary).
For all urgent bookings please contact us directly to request an urgent booking time if one is not available on our online booking system. Someone has beaten you to the urgent time slot but we will make every effort to fit you in.
Bookings, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All Online Bookings require a deposit (which is the full amount of the service) to be paid to confirm your online booking.
All cancellations require a minimum notice period of 24 hours to be eligible for a refund on the booking. Notice can be provided by contacting the business during operating hours or via email. Click here for contact information.
Bookings can also be managed in the client portal (this is set up during your first booking) of our online booking system that allows you full control and management of your current and future appointments.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments will not be eligible for refunds. For More Information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

We are unable to provide bulk billing and enhanced primary care plan services. However, we can provide the necessary information for you to claim this rebate from Medicare.
