About Us

Our Story & Care Philosophy

At Fitt to Function we want to help you to live the life you want to live. We want to know what is important to you and what your goals are. We want to know what being “Fitt to Function” means to you and how it applies to your life.

We will guide, advise, and support you to achieve your goals with the help of our highly qualified and experienced team, in our unique physiotherapy clinic offering high quality physiotherapy and specialised gym services.

There are many reasons people may not be achieving their goals or living the life they would like. We aim to be the point of difference for individuals who want to achieve more, live stronger, healthier lives without pain, injury and discomfort and be “Fitt to Function”.

We understand that reaching out for help when you need it is made harder if you do not feel comfortable with either the environment, the people or the services being offered.

For these reasons, we have created a small boutique and private clinic and gym, with a relaxed, inviting, and fun environment to help you feel comfortable and in the long term achieve better outcomes. When you come to our clinic or gym, you will not be sitting in a huge waiting area or be training in a gym with a lot of other people. When you visit us at Fitt to Function, you and you alone are our focus.

Our Team has over 45 years of experience in the health and fitness industries. We have lived and worked around the world and Australia. We believe our broad range of professional, personal and life experiences and skills will reassure you that you are in competent hands and that you will achieve your goals. We will be working our hardest to make this happen for you. We genuinely care about what is important to you and aim to help you achieve your optimum function.
